Our Care Model

At Enkindle, we don’t build care around quick, one-size-fits-all adjustments.

We use a combination of chiropractic, soft tissue work, cranial care, movement-based rehab, scar release, and advanced perinatal techniques to support the body as a whole.

That is why our visits are longer, more personalized, and designed to meet the needs of the person in front of us.

Our Bread and Butter

Adjustments create specific input to the nervous system.

When a joint is not moving well, the brain receives less accurate information from that area.

A precise adjustment helps restore motion and gives the brain clearer feedback.

The goal is not just movement. It is better communication between the brain and body.

Pregnancy, birth, and postpartum recovery require more than a standard adjustment.

Our advanced perinatal care may include Webster-informed chiropractic care, advanced pregnancy techniques, birth prep exercises, Spinning Babies®-inspired education, labor coping tools, and postpartum support.

This care is designed to help you feel more prepared, supported, and connected to your body through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum recovery.

Our most comprehensive session, designed for those who need deeper, focused care.

Joints do not work alone.

Muscles, fascia, ligaments, and connective tissue all influence how the body moves, compensates, and holds tension.

Soft tissue work helps address restriction and guarding so your body can move with more ease.

Cranial work is gentle care focused on tension patterns in the head, jaw, neck, and surrounding structures.

It can be especially helpful for babies, children, postpartum moms, and people who carry stress through the upper body.

The goal is to support better balance and ease throughout the nervous system.

Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization, or DNS, helps the body rebuild better patterns of stability, coordination, and control.

It allows us to look beyond where something hurts and evaluate how your body organizes movement.

This is especially valuable for athletes, postpartum recovery, core stability, breathing mechanics, and recurring compensation patterns.

Scar tissue can affect mobility, sensation, and how connected an area feels.

Scar release work gently supports the tissue around scars from C-sections, surgeries, injuries, or trauma.

The goal is to improve mobility, reduce restriction, and help the body feel more integrated again.
