PRACTICE POLICIES

Sunnyvale+Chiropractor+Children+Pediatric+Chiropractic+Mesquite

Appointment Rescheduling/ Cancellation:
When you book your appointment, you are holding a space on our calendar that is no longer available to our other practice members or new patients. In order to be respectful of your fellow patients, please reschedule your visit as soon as you know you will not be able to make your appointment.

If cancellation or rescheduling is necessary, we require that you make this change at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments are in high demand, and your advanced notice will allow another patient access to that appointment time.

How to Change or Cancel Your Appointment:

You may change any upcoming appointments up to 24-hours prior to our visit in our online portal. Cancellations or rescheduled appointments made less than 24 hours of your appointment and no-shows will be charged the FULL amount of the service booked.

An email, text, or social media message does not qualify as a cancellation. We ask that our practice members take responsibility for their appointments as they have access to them through our online scheduling portal.

Late Policy:

We get it, between traffic and kids; it is easy to fall behind. That said, in order to respect the time of all of our practice members, we must adhere to the time allotted for your appointment. Please arrive 5-10 minutes early for your scheduled appointment. This allows for a stress-free arrival with a few moments to relax. Take a deep breath, enjoy our calming atmosphere, grab a glass of purified water, make yourself a cup of coffee, or let your little ones pull out a few toys.

When you schedule an appointment, time is reserved for you and no one else. If you are even just 5 minutes late to your appointment, there will be less time for us to review your health goals, examine your system, and provide care during the visit. To accommodate every practice member, we will shorten your appointment time if you arrive late.

If you are 10 minutes late, your appointment will be rescheduled and you will be charged in full.

Card On File:
In order to schedule an initial visit or follow-ups, we require all practice members to have a card on file. This allows us to bill you quickly and easily, and also serves to hold your place, should a late cancelation or no-show occurs.
