Focused care plans are recommended when your body needs more consistent support for a specific goal, concern, or season.
These may be used for pregnancy, postpartum recovery, infant tension, recurring pain, athletic performance, scar tissue, or other focused needs.
Newborn Support
Protocol

Focused care for newborns with feeding challenges, tongue ties, body tension, head-turning preference, flat spot development, or torticollis-like patterns.
Care may include gentle chiropractic care, cranial work, soft tissue support, nervous system regulation, and at-home positioning guidance.
Most plans are structured over approximately 12 weeks, depending on your baby’s needs and response to care.
C-Section Restoration

Focused postpartum care for mothers recovering from a C-section birth.
This protocol supports scar mobility, tissue connection, core function, nervous system regulation, and whole-body recovery.
Care may include scar release, chiropractic care, soft tissue work, breath and core connection, and postpartum movement support.
