I am a wife and mom.
I live my life on mission.
My mission is to serve God by serving others.
I define health as a dynamic state that ebbs and flows, with the optimal goal being to achieve harmony in life. I believe this can be achieved when the body is free of interference and able to adapt to itself and its environment.
I know life is messy and I support progress, not perfection.

Dr. Paul Pankoke, DC
Dr. Paul Pankoke has specialized training to support pregnant mothers (Yes! He is Webster Certified) and weekend warriors who want to stay at the top of their game in their careers, on the field, and with their families!
These high achievers at home, in the office, and on the field do not have time to be limited by shoulder pain, neck pain, headaches, hip pain, or low back pain. They need to function their best so they can have the focus and mobility needed with their demanding lifestyle.
With over 10 years of experience working in health related fields, he has made a focus on helping active families. As he has seen how much of an impact care makes on their life. Before being a chiropractor he was in corporate wellness helping busy professionals then took a leap to chiropractic to be able to serve people in a greater capacity and hasn't looked back.
As a father, Dr. Paul is passionate about helping parents to live a life free of restriction and regulation so that they have the capacity to raise their families with passion and purpose.
His philosophy is "Let's build strong and balanced kids, so we don't have to fix them as broken adults". But for those like him who had previous injuries and need help, he has created a process to get them feeling younger and in less pain.
He is a big believer that God designed the body with everything it needs to heal and thrive, and it is his pleasure to help empower you and your family by facilitating that power through chiropractic care.

Dr. Erika Fierro, DC
Dr. Erika is a licensed chiropractor who specializes in supporting women going through their motherhood phase. She works with prenatal and postpartum care. In addition, she treats infants, children, and teenagers.

As a new mom she understands the importance of how a mother can impact the household. The importance of supporting a mom not only improves her health but it also impacts raising healthy children.
​
Her philosophy is that the body can heal itself as long as there is no interference in the spine. As we go through life, we experience physical, chemical, and emotional stresses that will impact our health. With chiropractic care we help your body adapt to these stresses by working with your nervous system so you can have better function.

Angelina Hernandez
Patient Advocate & Office Manager
Angelina Hernandez, who prefers the name "Lina," originally hails from Dallas, Texas. She underwent significant relocations during her teenage years, spending five years in McAllen, Texas, before moving to Springdale, Arkansas, where she graduated high school. Following graduation, she returned to Dallas, establishing it as her permanent residence.

In September 2022, Lina enlisted in the US Army Reserves with the primary aim of receiving support to kickstart her veterinary career.
In her leisure time, she dedicates five days a week to the gym. The remaining two days are cherished moments spent with her feline companion, a kitty named "Kylo."

Krizia Louise Zanoria
Krizia has been serving as Dr. Alex and Paul's dedicated virtual assistant for over a year.
She holds a recent degree in Business Administration and has earned Latin awards for her outstanding academic achievements. Prior to joining this role, Krizia worked as a Technical Associate, specializing in Amazon devices and products and as Marketing associate.
Beyond her professional pursuits, Krizia has a deep love for reading books, enjoys playing table tennis, cherishes time spent with dogs, and has a passion for traveling. She also proudly serves as the guardian of her two younger sisters.
Krizia is a person of faith, adhering to the belief in the phrase 'Ora et Labora,' which translates to 'Work and Pray.' She is also a proud volunteer of Red Cross Youth and holds a license as a first aider.
